Brand Experience Specialist

As a Brand Experience Specialist, you’ll make sure the FTMO brand is perceived consistently and authentically across all channels and products. You’ll translate our brand strategy into practice, ensure key attributes are reflected in both communication and user experience, and collaborate closely with teams across the company – especially Product, Marketing, and Data.

What can you expect?

• Implement brand positioning across the entire customer journey – from awareness to retention.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate key brand attributes into the overall product experience.
• Define and oversee the positioning strategy across campaigns, the website, onboarding, and CRM communication.
• Test and refine messaging and tone of voice to ensure communication resonates with the target audience.
• Contribute to the development of brand strategy based on insights and data.
• Monitor competitors and actively identify new opportunities to stay ahead.
• Take on increasing responsibility over time – this role is an ideal starting point for future team leadership.

What do we expect from you?

• You can translate brand positioning into actionable communication and processes.
• You’re familiar with approaches like journey mapping, brand tracking, or message testing.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills and can connect teams across the company.
• You have experience collaborating with marketing teams and ensuring brand consistency.
• You speak Czech fluently and have excellent English skills.
• It’s a big plus if you understand the world of trading or are curious to learn more about it.
