Customer Support with Persian

We are looking for new colleagues to help us move forward. Take the opportunity to become part of the FTMO project. The ideal candidate has experience in trading financial markets, possesses excellent proficiency in both English and Persian, and is eager to join a meaningful and ambitious project.

What will be your agenda?

• You will play a key role in our team, working full-time to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services.
• Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering queries, including phone calls). No cold calls involved.
• Working with internal applications.
• If interested, you may contribute by writing Forex-related articles.
• Occasional translations from English to Persian.

What do we expect from you?

• A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent command of both English and Persian.
• Knowledge of Forex trading.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in time management.
