Graphic Designer

Do you have a strong sense of design, a head full of ideas, and the drive to create visuals that catch attention at first glance? We work on projects seen by millions of people, and you can be part of it!

We’re a fast-growing fintech company, FTMO, constantly pushing boundaries – our marketing team is expanding, and with that comes the need for exceptional design. We’re looking for someone who can visually communicate their ideas, create modern Instagram posts, and help craft eye-catching visuals for our advertising campaigns.

What can you expect?

• Creating key visuals and typesetting for quarterly and seasonal online campaigns, including producing banners in Figma.
• Developing content for our social media and blog – you’ll have support from colleagues who are experts in trading.
• Preparing graphic materials for internal and external presentations.
• Improving visual communication within the company – preparing presentations for All Hands meetings, conferences, and talks.
• Ensuring a consistent and modern visual style across all platforms.
• Designing offline materials – occasionally working on merchandise or promotional items.
• Collaborating within a creative team that drives our visual communication forward, with support from copywriters and content managers.
• Occasional communication in English – the marketing team is Czech-speaking, but English is needed within the company and at international events.

What do we expect from you?

• Strong sense of branding, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience designing advertising visuals and graphics for social media.
• Ability to prepare print-ready materials for physical products (brochures, merchandise, banners, etc.).
• A team player who shares ideas and helps others.
• English proficiency – marketing materials are primarily created in English, and some colleagues from other departments don’t speak Czech.
• Creativity, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Adobe Firefly or other tools, and interest in using them to improve workflow.
• Education in graphic design or a related field, along with basic knowledge of motion design, is a significant advantage.
