Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative individual with a strong sense of modern visual aesthetics for design. We’re constantly coming up with something new and have learned that almost everything benefits from good design. Can you create a new landing page, design an entire web application, or help with a banner for an ad? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

What will be your agenda?

• Designing and creating a variety of websites that contribute to the overall visual identity of our company.
• Developing our merchandise products, with an opportunity to elevate our brand.
• Preparing graphic materials for print, from concept to final review, ensuring our print materials always look outstanding.
• Providing creative support to colleagues for social media content – from initial ideas to final visuals.
• Collaborating with various teams across the company, where you’ll have the chance to share ideas and improve visual communication across different departments.
• Primarily working with digital outputs, though you’ll occasionally create materials for the physical world as well.
• An opportunity to significantly influence how FTMO looks and how we’re perceived by our clients.

What do we expect from you?

• Ability to design and create illustrations and iconography.
• Practical experience in the field, demonstrated through specific projects.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to recognize what works.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Figma.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of fundamental design principles for advertising purposes.
• A creative mindset and motivation to continuously improve.
• Education in design, graphics, or a related field is a significant plus.
