Do you want to be part of creating processes that shape our company culture and help managers build successful teams? We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will become a key ally for both leadership and employees and take our people approach to the next level.
As an HRBP, you will be involved in setting fair compensation, addressing individual growth, planning organizational changes, and supporting managers with their day-to-day challenges.
What can you expect?
- Supporting managers in providing feedback, resolving issues, improving team collaboration, and developing leadership skills.
- Collaborating on performance evaluations, setting development plans, and managing employee talent.
- Contributing to improving onboarding processes as well as creating and managing offboarding procedures.
- Providing advice on employment law matters.
- Monitoring employee satisfaction through eNPS, internal surveys, and feedback, and proposing concrete steps for improvement.
- Working closely across the company, acting as a partner and consultant.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and familiarity with modern HR trends.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, as we are an international team.
- Ability to design and develop HR processes both strategically and practically.
- A proactive approach, open communication style, and the ability to build trust across the company.
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growing company is an advantage.
