FTMO is growing, and so are our opportunities. Last year, we once again secured an award at the Finance Magnates London Summit 2024, and we are looking for a new colleague who want to join us in building the leader in modern prop trading.
We are looking for a key member of our brand team, which is a part of the marketing department. Your role will involve creating and implementing communication strategies to ensure that key information reaches the right people in a timely, clear, and effective manner. You will also contribute to projects aimed at strengthening our branding and employee engagement. If you have experience and a passion for bringing new ideas to the table, let us know!
What will be your agenda?
- Planning and creating effective communication strategies – designing the structure, content, timing, and methods to ensure key information is clearly conveyed to target audiences.
- Establishing and maintaining consistency in communication across the company.
- Collaborating on projects and events that support company culture and employee engagement – proposing ways to communicate effectively so that information is well-received, and events achieve the desired impact.
- Preparing briefs for the creation of communication outputs.
- Monitoring and improving reach across communication channels.
- Reporting the success of communication campaigns and proposing improvements based on feedback and collected data.
What do we expect from you?
- Excellent proficiency in Czech and English. We are an international team and communicate in both languages.
- Precision in communication – the ability to clearly, structurally, and accurately formulate information.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal and/or external communication, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-oriented environment.
- The ability to ask the right questions, explore new perspectives, and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge of trading is a plus for you.
