We are looking for a reliable and well-organized addition to our team for the position of Office Assistant. In this role, you will not only be the first point of contact at our reception but also ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our entire office located at Národní třída. Your responsibilities will include managing daily office tasks, supporting colleagues and visitors, and making sure everything runs efficiently and without complications.

What can you expect?
- Overall management of the reception to ensure smooth operation during the hours of 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Collaboration on organizing company events such as Rainbow Tuesdays, board games, and sports activities.
- Coordination of international client and colleague visits.
- Management of the company cottage in the Krkonoše Mountains – arranging cleaning, handling reservations, and overseeing all related administration.
- Catering arrangements for internal events, communication with food suppliers, and ordering refreshments and fruit to the office.
- Cooperation with the IT department and ensuring technical and office equipment needs are met.
- Monitoring team budgets for teambuilding activities and forwarding invoices to the accounting department.
- Administrative support for the legal department – scanning documents, arranging document shipments.
- Handling mail, including receiving and sending packages.
What do we expect from you?
- You have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- You speak English well, enabling you to communicate confidently with international colleagues and guests.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can manage your time effectively.
- You are proficient in using standard office software such as Word and Excel. We use Google Workspace and also Asana.
