The FTMO Marketing team is growing and looking for an experienced PPC Specialist who lives and breathes online advertising and wants to continue developing across various platforms. If you have proven results in performance marketing, enjoy testing new approaches, and constantly look for ways to maximize campaign outcomes, you might be the perfect fit for us.
You’ll have a strong support system: a team of amazing colleagues to help you with creativity, and our own in-house studio with a professional Multimedia team that gives every campaign a premium look. We’re also official partners of Meta, Google, and Aleph, which means we work on global campaigns and have direct access to the latest tools and technologies.
Lead and optimize performance campaigns to maximize results.
Take strategic responsibility for developing and testing promising advertising channels – for example, Amazon, X, Spotify, Snapchat, RTB platforms, and others.
Design and implement advanced automation strategies in PPC tools.
Collaborate with the BI and creative teams on campaign creation and brand development of FTMO in new markets.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover key insights for further optimization.
Actively bring new ideas, run tests and A/B experiments, and work with data to continuously improve performance.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Proven experience with performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, or other platforms).
A strong desire to test and adopt new advertising channels and technologies.
Excellent command of Czech and good English communication skills.
Ability to read data and identify trends in Google Analytics; experience with data setup and interpretation in GA is essential.
Both analytical and creative thinking – you can propose solutions and look for innovations.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Enthusiasm for bringing your own ideas and actively driving campaigns and the brand forward.
Knowledge of forex trading or familiarity with this industry is a strong advantage (mainly for your own benefit).
