Our marketing team at FTMO is growing, and we’re looking for a new teammate who lives and breathes online advertising. If you have proven experience managing performance campaigns, primarily on X Ads, and love finding new ways to get the most out of your ads, we want to hear from you!

You’ll join a great team of colleagues who’ll support you with design, creative assets, and advanced automation. We also have our own multifunctional studio, so every campaign is created in-house. As a proud Meta and Google partner, we work on exciting collaborations and large-scale campaigns around the world.

What can you expect?

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns to achieve maximum results.
• Take strategic ownership of campaigns on X Ads, while exploring new platforms such as Amazon Ads, Spotify, or Snapchat.
• Design and implement advanced automation strategies within PPC tools.
• Conduct deep data analyses and identify key insights for further optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the team and bring new ideas to improve campaign performance across platforms.
• Contribute to expanding FTMO’s brand into new markets.
• Take part in strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns in X Ads.
• Solid knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data in Google Analytics; setup and reporting experience is essential.
• Both analytical and creative thinking – you can design solutions and seek innovation.
• Excellent command of Czech and communicative English proficiency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Motivation to bring your own ideas and actively push both campaigns and the brand forward.
• Knowledge of or interest in forex trading is a strong advantage (mainly for you!).
