PPC Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced leader in performance marketing who will drive our Performance Team to success. Do you have proven results in digital marketing, master performance campaign strategies, and know how to lead and motivate a team? Then we are looking for you! Your mission will be to manage and develop the team while bringing innovation in the fast-changing world of digital marketing.

What can you expect?

• Leading performance campaigns worldwide across multiple platforms (162 countries, 6 platforms).
• Supporting and managing the internal team of Performance Specialists.
• Reporting global results and collaborating with other teams as well as company management.
• Coordinating all digital campaigns and their budgets.
• Contributing to the creation of the marketing strategy and supporting key strategic decisions.
• Driving campaign optimization and bringing innovations to improve performance.
• Building key relationships with advertising partners such as Meta, Google, and others.
• Working in cooperation with eVisions, a marketing agency within our holding.

What do we expect?

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and developing people.
• Ability to strategically plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across different regions and languages.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Proven senior-level experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong data skills – able to extract relevant insights and clearly present them to management and the team.
• Knowledge of additional advertising platforms such as X (Twitter) Ads, Reddit, and Microsoft Ads.
• Both analytical and creative mindset – capable of designing solutions and driving innovation.
• Excellent command of Czech and English.
