Product Designer (Framer / Webflow)

Join the fast-growing fintech company FTMO as a Product Designer and help shape our web design. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled individual with a keen eye for detail who isn’t afraid to take ownership of both the design and implementation of high-converting websites. You’ll have the opportunity to create landing pages from concept to final launch, work with tools like Framer and Webflow, and collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and testing. If you enjoy balancing aesthetics with performance, love learning new things, and want to make a real impact on a global product, we’d love to hear from you!

What can you expect?

• Creating high-converting marketing landing pages – from concept to fully functional web delivery.
• Working with tools like Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns, A/B testing, and performance growth.
• Maintaining and updating existing pages and components (No-code/Low-code solutions).
• Opportunity to contribute to the development of the design system and help elevate the FTMO brand.

• You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy creating visually appealing and functional websites.
• You know how to design with performance and usability (UX/UI) in mind.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow.
• You’re independent but not afraid to ask when you need help.
• You’re eager to learn new things and continuously improve in what you do.
• It’s a bonus if you’re familiar with HTML/CSS or have worked with analytics and performance-focused design.
