Product Manager

What will be your agenda?

• As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of key internal systems that power FTMO’s customer and operational processes.
• Your mission is to transform complex internal needs into simple, scalable, and efficient solutions that make our teams’ work smoother and faster.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity - connecting operational pain points, data insights, and process automation into cohesive product solutions.

What do we expect from you?

• You have 4+ years of experience in product management or a similar role and have successfully driven initiatives from discovery to measurable impact.
• Product mindset first: You think in outcomes, not outputs. You define problems clearly, validate them quickly, and measure the impact of every solution.
• Systems thinker: You can see how user needs, business goals, and tech constraints connect, and you design solutions that scale.
• Bias for clarity and data: You turn ambiguity into structure, decisions into experiments, and learnings into next steps.
• Customer empathy: You care deeply about understanding users - whether they are traders, internal teams, or partners—and you translate insights into better experiences.
• Collaboration over control: You align engineers, designers, and business stakeholders around shared goals, not handoffs.
• Strong execution muscle: You know how to ship - balancing discovery with delivery, speed with quality.
• Curiosity and accountability: You ask “why” until the problem is real, and you own the “what” and “how” until it works.
• Communication that drives alignment: You write clearly, share openly, and connect strategy to everyday decisions.
• Fluency in Czech and English; as an international team, we communicate in both languages (English at B2 level or higher).
