Product Marketing Specialist

Do you want to give a brand a voice that truly resonates? As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the one who ensures our product communicates in a consistent, clear, and meaningful way. You’ll help translate our brand positioning into concrete campaigns, product experiences, and everyday communication.

We are FTMO, a Czech fintech company with a ten-year history and global reach.

What can you expect?

• You’ll ensure our product positioning is consistently applied across the entire customer journey – from first contact to retention.
• You'll create clear and practical frameworks that serve as the foundation for everyone who communicates on behalf of the brand.
• You’ll make sure that every message – regardless of format or channel – reflects our values, market position, and audience expectations.
• You’ll become the go-to person when others need to understand how to talk about our product and why it's relevant to serious traders.
• You’ll keep an up-to-date understanding of our target audience’s needs, behavior, language, and motivations.
• You’ll regularly analyze trends and communication strategies of our competitors to keep our brand distinct and relevant – in close collaboration with other teams.
• You’ll work with both qualitative and quantitative data, customer insights, and feedback – and turn them into sharper, more effective messaging.
• You’ll validate whether our messaging truly resonates – through testing, feedback collection, or simple validations before campaign launches.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or customer communication.
• Experience with digital B2C products (ideally in fintech, SaaS, or online education).
• The ability to turn tone of voice and positioning into actionable, effective content.
• Proactivity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with tools such as brand tracking, journey mapping, and campaign evaluation.
• Fluent Czech and advanced English.
• Huge plus: a genuine interest in trading, or at least an understanding of trader mindset.
