We’re currently seeking a new team member for our reception, someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who embraces challenges and enjoys learning new things.

What will be your agenda?

  • Ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and maintaining meeting rooms.
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy and well-stocked, with clean dishes and fresh fruit always available.
  • Handling mail efficiently, ensuring it reaches the right destination promptly.
  • Offering administrative support and helping colleagues with a variety of tasks.
  • Planning and coordinating company events, including celebrations, game nights, and team-building activities.

What do we expect from you?

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality are key, as this role involves being the face of our company.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management are essential.
  • Proficiency in common office software such as Word, Excel, G-Suite, and Asana is required.
  • A good command of English is necessary for smooth communication with international colleagues and visitors.
