Senior Flutter Developer

We are looking for a new colleague who would be developing our mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a programming enthusiast, who would love to become part of a meaningful and exciting project with high ambitions.

What will be your agenda?

• Be an integral member of our small in-house team and share your ideas.
• Code every day. We like code that is easy to maintain and understand.
• Write tests for everything you create to ensure your code works and remains reliable.
• Learn a lot about proprietary (prop) trading.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other tech departments to solve problems and reach stable, working solutions.
• Help manage and further improve our codebase and CI/CD pipelines.

What are we expecting from you?

• 4+ years of experience in native mobile development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter (experience with Kotlin, Swift or other mobile technologies also appreciated).
• Fluency in Czech and English - we are an international team and communicate in both languages (English at B2 level or above)
• Expertise in state management, including Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile app distribution (Play Store, App Store), and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and integrating native SDKs with Flutter.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Ability to optimise apps for performance and user experience.
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and widget tests for Flutter apps.
• Sense of humor and appreciation for memes.
• Bonus points:
• Experience working with cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, GCP) and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of advanced animations, custom UI components, and canvas rendering in Flutter.
• Proven experience leading large mobile development projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience with DevOps and mobile app monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics).
