We’re looking for a skilled addition to our Recruitment team. You’ll be responsible for the entire hiring process — from actively sourcing talent, conducting interviews, all the way to finalizing job offers. Your main mission will be to find the best candidates on the market.
Some of the roles will be in IT & Data (development, product, testing, DevOps, analytics…), but there will also be positions in marketing, finance, or customer support. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of variety, can handle a fast-paced environment, and is eager to have a broad overview across the company.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, create effective strategies, write creative outreach messages, and look for new ways to attract top talent. You’ll make use of your recruitment experience, your eye for data, and your drive to innovate.
What can you expect?
- Actively sourcing and reaching out to top candidates on the market – both technical (e.g. developers, QA, DevOps) and non-technical (e.g. marketing, finance, support).
- Writing creative and personalized outreach messages that get noticed.
- Using various sourcing channels and ideas — though we understand LinkedIn is still the main source for candidates.
- Managing the entire recruitment process from the first contact to the job offer.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience – transparent communication, feedback, and a human approach are key for us.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers across teams.
- Setting priorities together and finding the best people for each team.
- Contributing to a great impression of our company and strengthening our employer brand.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid foundation in IT recruitment – from crafting sourcing strategies to leading interviews.
- Experience hiring for technical roles, but also comfortable filling non-IT positions.
- Ability to work independently, find solutions, and be a partner to hiring managers.
- Versatility across various types of roles – from developers to copywriters.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ATS Ashby, Asana, G-Suite…)
- Focus on people, company culture, and strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Czech and English.
