UX & Market Researcher

As a UX & Market Researcher at FTMO, your role is to uncover insights that shape our product direction and business strategy.

You’ll explore both user needs and market dynamics—helping us deeply understand how people interact with our products while also identifying emerging trends, competitor moves, and industry shifts. Your work will ensure we’re building the right things, for the right people, at the right time.

What will be your agenda?

• Conducting research across users, competitors, and markets using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Analyzing user behavior to uncover patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and broader industry developments that impact our product and business decisions.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to inform decisions with evidence from both user and market perspectives.
• Translating research findings into clear, actionable insights that drive product strategy and business outcomes.

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar insight-driven role.
• Practical experience with both UX and market research methods, and the ability to connect insights to business and product outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Survicate, Lookback, or Maze.
• Solid understanding of market research techniques (competitor analysis, market sizing, trend analysis).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re proactive, curious, fluent in English, and able to turn complex findings into clear, impactful recommendations.
• Bonus: Experience with trading or working in a trading-focused company.
