Web / Mobile Analyst

As a Web/Mobile Analyst, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to analyze data that will help us better understand customer behavior and improve campaign effectiveness. If you are passionate about tracking new trends in digital marketing and have expertise in modern analytics tools and techniques, then you are exactly who we’re looking for!

What will be your agenda?

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, campaign success, and customer acquisition/retention.
• Analyze multi-touch user journeys to optimize customer engagement.
• Propose innovative data strategies and solutions.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and best practices.

What do we expect from you?

• 2+ years of experience in web and mobile analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Maze , or similar
• Experience in multi-touch user journey tracking and customer behavior analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or similar.).
• Knowledge of SQL is a must have.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and Big Query is a plus.
• Prior experience in fintech or complex digital products is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile analytics, user behavior tracking, and conversion funnels.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and how data drives campaign performance.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and customer journey tracking.
• Precision in data analysis and reporting, ability to extract actionable insights from data.
