We are looking for a strategic and proactive leader to spearhead our Affiliate & Partnership Team. Your mission is to own the end-to-end lifecycle of FTMO’s global partner network — from high-level strategy and product ownership of the Affiliate Area, through acquisition of high-impact partners, to the day-to-day operational excellence of our 15,000+ affiliate ecosystem.
You will lead a team of specialists, keep our programme competitive and compliant, and work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Payments and Marketing to keep FTMO at the forefront of the prop trading industry.
Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term trajectory of the Affiliate programme and drive cross-team projects aligned with FTMO’s global growth goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop Affiliate & Partnership Specialists.
Product Ownership: Own the roadmap of the Affiliate Area, collaborating with IT on UX, tracking and new feature development.
Ecosystem Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of 15,000+ affiliates — from onboarding, through legitimacy review of their promotion, to payout verification and performance optimisation.
Partner Acquisition: Identify and secure high-impact strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that expand the flow of new clients.
Compliance & Risk: Supervise partner reviews and ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory and FTMO brand standards.
Reporting & Insights: Extract data-driven insights from partner performance and deliver clear monthly reports and progress updates to the Head of Growth.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and developing people in a marketing, sales or partnerships environment.
Proven track record in managing large-scale affiliate programmes or influencer marketing networks (ideally in Fintech, Prop Trading or Gaming).
Exceptional communication skills with a “hunter” mindset for acquiring new strategic partners.
Strong ability to work with data to evaluate partner performance and verify payouts/commissions accurately.
Solid grasp of CPA, RevShare, referral models and how the “pipes” of affiliate tracking work.
Excellent command of Czech and English to collaborate across diverse internal teams.
Hands-on experience working with IT/Product teams on UI/UX, tracking systems or dashboards.
Familiarity with prop trading, Forex and financial markets is a strong advantage.
