We are looking for a skilled junior IT administrator who wants to learn, grow, and become a valuable support member of our technical team! What will be your agenda?
Management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks).
Providing technical support to colleagues – resolving common IT issues.
Installation and configuration of software and hardware.
Basic management of user accounts and permissions (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, FortiNet).
Monitoring and addressing IT security incidents.
Maintaining an inventory of IT assets.
Collaboration with the team on IT projects and system improvements.
Basic knowledge of Windows/MacOS systems.
Familiarity with basic Office 365 applications.
Ability to resolve common IT issues and a willingness to learn new things.
Communication skills – able to assist and explain to less tech-savvy colleagues.
Experience with Google Workspace and ESET Protect is a plus.
Fluent in Czech and communicative in English.
Independence, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
