Creative Production Team Lead

Are you a strong creative leader who combines meticulous attention to detail with deep expertise across static design, motion, and video? FTMO is looking for a Creative Production Team Leader to join our team and become the driving force behind our global campaign production. You won’t be building from scratch, as we already have a solid production framework ready for you to take ownership of day-to-day execution and manage a skilled team of graphic designers, motion designers, and video makers.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior multidisciplinary designers and partner with the Head of Creative, who will support you in spotting improvements and aligning visual output with overarching business goals. Together, you will turn creative strategies into high-performing assets for millions of users worldwide. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment blending flawless execution with capacity planning and team leadership.

What can you expect?

• Production Leadership & Capacity Planning: Together with project managers and the Head of Creative, assign work, evaluate team capacity for delivery, and design team workflows, templates, and cross-functional coordination. You will actively set the ways-of-working and tooling standards for the department.

• Campaign Delivery & Execution: Bring static campaigns to life by overseeing the adaptation of graphic assets into dynamic motion pieces for META, Google, Youtube, X, Reddit, and others. You will ensure the team utilizes an advanced mastery of motion theory, dynamic composition, kinetic typography, and narrative pacing. Be able to lend a hand on the creation itself, unblocking production and resolving technical problems through your software skills.

• Performance Optimization, A/B Testing & Localization: Collaborate closely with performance campaign specialists to continuously iterate and improve creatives according to platform best practices. You will proactively strategize and implement A/B testing frameworks for specific platforms, identify opportunities to elevate visual performance, scale up asset delivery, and oversee seamless language localizations tailored to specific global markets.

• Visual Clarity & BAU Frameworks: Act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper with a meticulous eye for detail. You will ensure all work strictly adheres to visual guidelines and can clearly identify what must be adjusted so that main messages and assets remain perfectly visible. You will apply a mastery of advanced typography, visual hierarchy, and readability contexts, alongside strict contrast rules and motion principles. Additionally, you will proactively spot gaps where our Business As Usual (BAU) communications lack established layouts and design new templates to fill those needs.

• Team Mentorship & Bottleneck Resolution: Act as the senior production expert across graphic design, motion, and video. You will lead status meetings from the production side, clearly identify upcoming bottlenecks upfront, review outputs and team capacity, and coach others.

• Scale with AI: Design AI-assisted workflows for the team and share best practices. You will act as a generative AI technical lead to architect production-ready AI workflows and custom pipelines to speed up asset generation and handle post-production tasks more efficiently.

What do we expect from you?

• Senior Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience spanning Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Video Production, with a proven track record of managing people, pipelines, and complex campaigns.

• Showreel & Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution, precise ad adaptation, and motion graphic capabilities.

• Toolbox, Pipeline & Data Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). You will act as a technical post-production lead who builds master timeline templates, manages shared storage workflows, and sets delivery standards. You will take full ownership of our internal server structures, ensuring that raw assets, project files, and final deliverables are perfectly organized and seamlessly handed over to other departments (like Compliance and Performance Marketing).

• Advanced Visual & Audio Engineering: You have a firm grasp of montage theory, dynamic visual rhythm, and continuity editing rules. You apply advanced knowledge of dynamic mixing principles, spatial audio, and audio balancing, combined with cinematic lighting setups and dynamic contrast, to engineer high-retention hooks and technically flawless compositions.

• Technical Scoping & Quality Assurance: A high level of autonomy, excellent organization, and strict attention to detail. You excel at performing technical overviews of scripts to estimate precise timing and final video lengths. You enforce strict delivery standards, ensuring all final assets possess the exact visual attributes, formats, and technical specs required for deployment.

• Language: Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken).

What will be a plus?

• Platform Best Practices: Deep understanding of advertising best practices, format specifications, and how marketing works across platforms like META, Google Ads, Reddit, and Amazon Ads.

• Project Tools: Experience managing projects, timelines, and collaboration independently, specifically utilizing Asana or Jira.

• Advanced 3D/AI Overlap: Experience with 3D graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Magnific, Elevenlabs).
