We’re seeking a talented Data Analyst to contribute to our exciting growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our data landscape and influence key business decisions. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytical mindset, experience in data analytics, and strong team spirit—someone eager to become part of a meaningful and ambitious project.

What will be your agenda?

• Your role will involve a combination of data engineering, data analysis, and data visualization development, depending on your skills and interests. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing data transformations to create optimized data entities for insightful analysis

• Investigating data, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights

• Developing reports and dashboards; supporting business colleagues in interpreting and adopting these outputs

• Collaborating on self-service tools development, including data discovery and business glossary functionalities

• Supporting the development of various analytical outputs, such as predictive models and AI-based data applications

What do we expect from you?

• Strong analytical mindset: Proven experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and interpreting complex data

• Proficiency in SQL (3+ years): Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and a strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling

• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker Studio Pro, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, GoodData, or similar (3+ years)

• Experience with Git

• Bonus points (depending on your focus area):

• Experience with Google Cloud – Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Dataform (or dbt), Looker Studio Pro, Looker (LookML), Vertex AI

• Experience with Python and PySpark

• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks for data exploration, prototyping, and visualization

• Fluency in Czech and English – we are an international team and communicate in both languages (English at B2 level or above)
