Employer Brand Manager (part-time)

FTMO is a great place to work, and we want that to be just as visible outside the company as it is inside.

As part of the Brand team, you will take the employer brand strategy and turn it into a story people can see and believe: what we say about working at FTMO, where we say it and what proves it. You will set up the first campaigns and programmes together with our marketing and creative teams, and you will work with leadership, HR and Recruitment. The goal is simple: people know what it is like to work at FTMO, and we become the first company they think of when they look for their next job.

This is a part-time/freelancer opportunity in an in-house team with expected availability about 100 hours per month.

What will you do?

• Activate our employer value proposition and strategy: you yourself coordinate & execute everything around them, inside the company and with external partners.

• Plan targeted campaigns for key roles that come out of the strategy, on paid and organic channels.

• Create employer brand awareness in the IT and marketing communities in Czechia.

• Help us explain what FTMO does in a simple, shared way, and build the whole employer brand experience around it.

• Keep an overview of the company’s hiring needs together with leadership and hiring managers, and prioritise accordingly.

• Adjust and optimize the strategy and the plan when our needs change.

• Find authentic stories about our people and help set up an ambassador network of employees and leaders.

• Track results with HR (awareness, preference, application quality, time to hire) and report to leadership.

• Keep what we say as an employer consistent across all channels

• Work with HR and Recruitment on candidate experience, so that what we say as an employer matches what candidates experience.

What do you bring to the table?

• 6+ years in employer branding, talent or recruitment marketing, or brand and content, including recent hands-on work launching employer brand campaigns or programmes.

• A track record of turning a strategy or EVP into live campaigns that improved hiring results (applications, candidate quality, awareness).

• Hands-on experience collaborating closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Experience in a fast-paced, growing company. A background in fintech or tech is a strong plus.

• Solid brand experience: you understand how a brand is built and how to keep it consistent.

• Very strong organisational skills: you keep several teams and deadlines moving.

• You use data to decide what works, and turn recruitment numbers into clear recommendations.

• Perfect Czech and advanced English for daily professional communication.
