At FTMO, our internal accounting team is an integral part of the finance department and manages a portfolio of dozens of companies – from smaller firms to billion-level players, primarily in the Czech Republic. With the dynamic expansion of our portfolio, we are looking for a new colleague to help us grow further. Thanks to automation and the support of our top-notch IT team, we strive to minimize routine tasks, use smart solutions, and make our work engaging.

We are now seeking a Junior Accountant who is eager to learn, develop, and become part of our accounting team.

What can you expect?

Process accounting documents and post routine transactions (invoices, petty cash, bank).
Enter and verify payment orders.
Collaborate on quarterly financial closings of individual companies.
Support the preparation of annual financial statements and documents for auditors.
Handle ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks.
Cooperate closely with the Controlling department.

What do we expect from you?

Secondary or university education in economics or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, as well as accounting principles.
Basic experience with an accounting system (knowledge of Helios iNuvio or Pohoda is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Excel at the level of basic functions.
Independence, accuracy, logical thinking, and strong organizational skills.
Fluent Czech and communicative English.
Experience in the field is an advantage.
