Marketing Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part not only in project management but also in connecting creative ideas, technical solutions, and strategic goals.

What can you expect?

• Collaborate on project assignments with marketing and technical leads, analysts, and other team members.

• Handle the complete project setup – establishing communication channels, creating projects in Asana, and assembling the project team.

• Lead projects across marketing and other departments, with a strong focus on the final release.

• Collect, prioritize, and translate requirements from various stakeholders into specific tasks for product and marketing teams.

• Oversee project progress, identify and resolve potential obstacles to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

• Manage the project budget.

• Ensure smooth collaboration among all stakeholders involved.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in managing marketing projects, ideally at a mid to senior level. Previous experience with processes related to website development, digital campaigns, applications, or internal systems is a plus.

• Fluent Czech and English, as we are an international team and communicate in both languages.

• Interest in technology, marketing trends, and financial markets. Experience with trading or the fintech sector is a significant advantage.

• Ability to communicate effectively and find solutions across different levels within the company.

• Proven experience working with teams involved in software development, technology, or marketing projects.
