We are looking for a new team member to join our Finance team and support smooth day-to-day payment processes. In this role, you will work closely with the payment and accounting teams as well as different teams across the company and communicate with clients, helping ensure that payments and related requests are handled accurately and in line with our internal processes. We are open to flexible working hours, including part-time cooperation.

Administrative and coordination support within the Payments team.
Gathering information about payments through banks and payment service providers according to established procedures.
Daily communication with clients and cooperation with internal teams (Accounting and Tax as well as IT and Operations/Support).
Work with internal tools such as Asana.
Support and guidance from senior team members.
Possibility of flexible working hours, including evening work, or part-time cooperation.
Interest in client communication, administrative work and payment processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data (invoices, payments, bank transfers, etc.).
Strong language skills, especially in written English, and fluency in Czech.
Ability to follow established processes and instructions.
Willingness to learn payment-related tasks (previous finance experience is not required).
Time flexibility is an advantage.
