We are currently looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of projects across Operational teams. In this role, you will play a key part not only in delivering projects, but also in connecting creative ideas, technical solutions, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate on project briefs with management, team leaders, analysts, and other team members.
Complete project management of assigned projects within the OPS department (Customer Support + Trading team) — setting up communication channels, creating projects in the platform, synchronizing teams involved in the projects, tracking progress, and resolving issues or blockers.
Lead projects across multiple departments, with an emphasis on final release.
Collect, prioritize, and convert stakeholder requirements into specific tasks.
Oversee project progress, identify and resolve potential obstacles to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
Ensure smooth collaboration for all involved parties.
Proven experience in project management, ideally at a mid to senior level.
Previous experience with processes related to e-commerce products, especially in the trading or fin-tech sector, is a plus.
Fluency in both Czech and English – we are an international team and communicate in both languages.
Interest in technology, trading trends, or financial markets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to find solutions across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience working in teams, the ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and seek alternative approaches to achieve successful outcomes.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and focus on quality – these are key attributes for this role.
A positive mindset, motivation, and willingness to take on challenging and complex tasks.
