We’re seeking a talented Data Analyst to contribute to our exciting growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our data landscape and influence key business decisions. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytical mindset, experience in data analytics, and strong team spirit—someone eager to become part of a meaningful and ambitious project.

What will be your agenda?

You will operate at the intersection of data analytics, data science, and engineering. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborative Exploration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their core challenges, using exploratory analysis to validate assumptions and iterate on the analytical approach.

• Data Preparation: Design and implement data transformations to create analytics-ready datasets.

• Advanced Analysis: Go beyond descriptive reporting by applying statistical rigor and machine learning to uncover hidden patterns and generate impactful business insights.

• Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain machine learning models and contribute to the development of AI-driven data products.

• Visualization & Storytelling: Build intuitive dashboards and actively drive their adoption by supporting business stakeholders on interpretation.

• Data Governance & Enablement: Support self-service analytics by contributing to data discovery tools and a comprehensive business glossary.

What do we expect from you?

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles (or a combination of both)

• 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies

• University degree in IT or Mathematics

• Trading knowledge is a plus

• Statistical Analysis: Understanding of probability distributions, experimental design (A/B testing), and statistical inference to ensure data accuracy and reliable decision-making.

• Applied Data Science: Proficiency in applying machine learning techniques to solve business problems using libraries like scikit-learn.

• Proficiency in Python: Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Proficiency in SQL: Ability to read and write clean code as well as understanding of relational databases.

• Proficiency in Git: Experience with version control and collaborative workflows.

• Experience in visualisation tools such as Looker Studio Pro, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Bonus points (depending on the colleague’s focus area):

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Dataform (or dbt), Looker Studio Pro, Vertex AI.
