Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Product team, to drive the design and continuous improvement of user-centered products by leveraging strong product design expertise, contributing to scalable design systems, and enhancing the overall user experience for a global audience while supporting the company’s growth and innovation.

What can you expect?

• Design creation from the first idea to the final product – you’ll be working on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel-perfect designs, creating products that are not only visually appealing but also functional and based on data.

• User-centered approach – your designs will not only look good but also be intuitive and user-friendly.

• Working with tools like Figma – to easily prototype and present your ideas.

• Design-to-Code Engineering – bridging the gap between design and production by leveraging AI coding agents to transform visual concepts into functional prototypes
  Innovation – you’ll have the freedom to test new design trends and technologies.

What are we expecting from you?

• Experience in product design (at least 5 years) with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Ability to communicate fluently in both Czech and English, as we are an international team.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to better grasp how everything works.

• A strategic thinker whose designs support long-term project goals.

• Independent, capable of managing a project from start to finish.

• Familiarity with components and tokens.

• Experience with user research and validation of designs.

• Able to make data-driven decisions and gather necessary data.

• Clear communication of designs and collaboration with the team is a strength.
