Prague, Czech Republic • Marketing
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Content Editor to join our team. You will publish and manage high-volume content across our websites and digital platforms, and help us move to a new CMS. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, developers and marketing, and take projects from brief to final delivery.
This is a role for someone who likes getting the details right, wants to make publishing faster and smarter with AI, and enjoys seeing a migration land cleanly.
Publishing: Create, edit, proofread and publish content on our live websites through the CMS, within brand guidelines and our Tone of Voice.
Compliance: Nothing goes live before Compliance approves it. You make sure of that.
AI in the workflow: Identify, test and roll out AI-assisted ways to create, manage and publish content, always with human review.
Site structure: Manage page templates, metadata, taxonomy, navigation and media libraries. Keep content accurate, accessible and SEO-friendly.
CMS migration: Support the move to our new CMS: content audits, content modelling and mapping, clean-up and redirect planning. Question existing processes and automate what fits the scope.
CMS management: Help manage the CMS and its environments, including user roles and permissions, integrations, and staging and production workflows.
Quality control: Run QA and UAT before and after go-live: broken links, rendering, forms, analytics tags and performance.
Collaboration: Work with copywriters, designers, developers and marketing, from brief to final delivery.
Knowledge sharing: Document processes and train colleagues on CMS best practice.
Trading knowledge: Build a working understanding of trading, so the content you publish is accurate and credible.
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, in-house or at an agency. Impact matters more than years.
CMS: Hands-on experience publishing and managing content in a CMS (Wagtail, WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Contentful or similar).
Migration: Experience supporting or delivering a CMS migration or replatforming project.
AI: Experience using AI tools for content workflows and migration tasks, with strong human oversight and a clear eye on accuracy and compliance.
Web skills: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic scripting or SQL for bulk content tasks is a plus.
SEO: Technical SEO knowledge: URL structure, redirects, metadata and site performance.
Rigour: The attention to detail needed to work in a highly regulated sector. You spot what is off before it ships.
Process: Autonomous, well organised, and able to manage several projects as priorities change.
Pace: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Trends: You keep up with CMS, content and web publishing best practice.
Language: Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
Tools (advantage): GA4, Google Tag Manager, APIs, version control, Jira or similar.
Industry knowledge (advantage): Experience in financial services (banking, FX, CFDs), gambling or another regulated industry. Not essential.
Portfolio: Able to show examples of your previous work: live pages you have published, a migration or CMS project, or a short case study.
