Traffic Manager

We are looking for an organized and meticulous Traffic Manager who will take over the daily operation of the creative pipeline for FTMO. You will physically allocate capacity in the capacity tool, perform daily triage of requests, and move tickets through the pipeline from submission to delivery. You will be the operational link between the Creative Director, the creative team, and the project team, and you will work according to the set framework.

What can you expect?

• Daily request triage: You will process incoming requests from the intake form (BAU / campaign / project), score priority, and assign them to the creative team.

• Capacity allocation: You will physically manage, update, and optimize team capacity in the capacity tool, resolve overload and scheduling conflicts, and track the availability of individual team members.

• Ticket management: You will move tickets across the pipeline, keep statuses up to date, and escalate blocking issues.

• QA check: Before sending for final approval/delivery, you will check if the output matches the task (brief).

• Operational communication: You will be in daily contact with the creative team, requestors, Creative Director, and project team.

• Reporting: You will keep an overview of team workload and timely warn about risks of delay or insufficient capacity.

• Process compliance: You will work according to the framework and standards set by the Marketing Project Manager and provide feedback for its continuous improvement.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with creative pipeline management – processing requests and managing production workflow in an agency, in-house creative team, or marketing department.

• Ideally traffic management experience – setting up and managing boards, resource/capacity planning (Asana, Float, or similar tools).

• Experience working with project/task tools (Asana or similar) and familiarity with ticketing systems.

• Experience with coordination across multiple teams/departments is an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of Czech and English in spoken and written form.

• High level of organization and attention to detail – ability to keep track of dozens of concurrent requests.

• Ability to quickly evaluate priorities and react to changing needs of stakeholders.

• Communication skills and calmness under pressure – daily contact with both the creative team and requestors.

• Ability to work according to an established process while actively proposing improvements.

• Basic understanding of automation/integration tools is an advantage.
